At Egweni, we take pride in offering a range of packages to suit every Conference, be it for just the day or over several days. Please give us as much information as possible so that we are able to assist you better and meet your every need!
DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGES
Full day Conference (08h00 - 17h00)
PER DELEGATE - R220.00 Includes:
  • Early morning teas / coffees
  • Mid morning teas / coffees with snacks
  • Luncheon
  • Use of standard conference equipment (1 x Flipchart, 1 x Screen)
  • Afternoon teas / coffees with biscuits
  • 14% VAT
     
    Half day Conference (Including either Breakfast or Lunch 08h00-13h00)
    PER DELEGATE – R180.00 Includes:
  • Either Full English Breakfast OR Luncheon
  • Early morning teas/coffees
  • Midmorning teas / coffees with snacks
  • Use of standard conference equipment (1 x Flipchart, 1 x Screen)
  • 14% VAT
     
    Half day Conference (Excluding meals 08h00-13h00)
    PER DELEGATE - R100.00 Includes:
  • Early morning teas / coffees
  • Midmorning teas / coffees with snacks
  • Use of standard conference equipment (1 x Flipchart, 1 x Screen)
  • 14% VAT
     
    Specific Exclusions to all Day Conference Packages:
  • Breakaway Rooms (The use of breakaway rooms varies from R350.00 per room per day up to R1000.00 per room per day, depending on number of delegates using the room)
  • Any non-standard audio-visual equipment, e.g. Data projectors, laptops, slide projectors, extra flipcharts, extra whiteboards, specialised conferencing equipment)
  • Meal surcharges (when a menu other than that included in the package is chosen)
  • Special meal charges (when specific meal requirements must be ordered in by the Estate, e.g. Kosher)
  • Late departure fees (for Conferences that extend past the allocated time)
  • Sundries (e.g. Laundry, Telephone, Fax, Internet, Bar, etc.)
  • Other exclusions may apply from time to time and will be detailed in your Conference Contract.

    24 - HOUR CONFERENCE PACKAGES
    These rates vary from R500.00 to R600.00 per person, depending on single or sharing accommodation. Please ask our Conference Coordinator to assist you with a quote.
     
    All 24-Hour Packages include the following:
  • Overnight accommodation
  • Breakfast in the allocated Restaurant/Venue
  • Lunch in the allocated Restaurant/Venue
  • Dinner in the allocated Restaurant/Venue
  • 1 x Tea/Coffee on arrival
  • 2 x Tea/Coffee/Snack Breaks
  • Use of Conference Room
  • Use of standard conference equipment (1 x Flipchart, 1 x Screen)
  • 14% VAT
  • Other inclusions may apply from time to time and will be detailed in your Conference Contract
     
    Specific Exclusions to all 24-Hour Conference Packages:
  • Breakaway Rooms (The use of breakaway rooms varies from R350.00 per room per day up to R1000.00 per room per day, depending on number of delegates using the room).

  • Special meal charges (when specific meal requirements must be ordered in by the Estate, e.g. Kosher)
  • Late departure fees (for Conferences that extend past the allocated time)
  • Sundries (e.g. Laundry, Telephone, Fax, Internet, Bar, etc.)
  • Early arrival and late departure fees (for accommodation)
